QC checklist
Pre-production
- Confirm latest BOM, drawings, and attachment revision names before sampling. - Confirm material certificates and finish requirements. - Confirm packaging method, carton strength, and palletization if export shipment is planned.
In-process
- Send photos of first article dimensions with caliper or test jig visible. - Send production line photos showing material, finish, and batch separation. - Flag any substituted materials, connectors, or coatings before continuing production.
Final inspection
- Provide wide shot of completed batch, close-up finish photos, and packaging photos. - Provide measurement proof for critical dimensions and fitment points. - Hold shipment if certification, labeling, packaging, or functional test proof is missing.
